MARKET TRIALS

Release 2.1 QSE Connectivity Testing began October 28 for QSEs to begin testing market submissions. Release 3.0 CRR Qualification began January 4 for CRR Account Holders to qualify. The 2010 Market Trials Roadmap is posted to the Market Trials page and provides the sequence and milestones for market activities leading up to Nodal Go-Live (December 1, 2010).

MARKET PARTICIPANT OUTREACH

To help market participants prepare for Market Trials, the Readiness team is conducting Market Participant site visits through the first quarter of 2010. The visits are meant to set expectations for the 2009 and 2010 market trial activities and to help Market Participants with any conceptual or technical questions about the ERCOT Nodal Market.
