Nodal Training

The Texas Nodal training courses, materials and registration process are designed to facilitate entry into the nodal market. Courses focus on nodal  terms and processes, the nodal impacts on business and operations, readiness requirements, and sources for additional nodal information. Online registration is now open for Texas Nodal training courses. Prepare for entry into the Texas nodal market by signing up for classroom training.

Get started with training activities:

Instructor-led training courses will again be offered in 2009.  Web-based training courses are offered 24/7 via ERCOT's Learning Management System (LMS); for a detailed list of available courses and applicable attendees, see the Nodal Training Readiness Course Guide.

Market Participant training is an integral part of the transition to the nodal market.  ERCOT is committed to assisting market participants with their training needs through the transition. Market participants are encouraged to contact ERCOT's training team at Nodaltraining@ercot.com, or ERCOT's Client Services Department through their Account Manager to communicate their training needs.
