Nodal Training Readiness by Role
The Texas Nodal Market Implementation Plan requires ERCOT to provide a training program to ensure all market participants are prepared to operate in a nodal environment prior to using locational marginal prices (LMPs) to pay the qualified scheduling entities (QSEs) representing resources and to charge the QSEs representing loads.

Attendance Metrics:
ERCOT will periodically provide information to accountable executives regarding the metrics for their company. ERCOT management and accountable executives are responsible for determining when their personnel training/readiness is adequate for market open. ERCOT shall periodically report to the Transition Plan Task Force (TPTF) and the Technical Advisory Commitee (TAC) the statistics of personnel taking classes including pass/fail metrics.
